Registration
The Conference Registration Form will be made available online by mid-November. Payment of Conference fees, Social Program and accommodation will be made in Euros, by charging your credit card or by Bank Transfer as stated on the Registration Form. Registration will be processed by VIAGENS ABREU, S.A..

The Conference Organizers cannot guarantee that the names of Participants registering after April 30 will be included in the Conference List.
Conference fees include full access to all Conference Events, Conference documentation (Final Program, Book of Abstracts, and Conference List), Conference Banquet and coffee breaks.
Accompanying person's fees include Cultural Program Events and Conference Banquet, as well as access to registration for Social Program activities.

Meals
Tea and Coffee Breaks: Tea/ Coffee and biscuits will be served outside the Lecture Theaters at the times specified on the Conference Program.
Cafeterias: The Faculty has three cafeterias where it is possible to have either a snack or a full meal for approximately € 5,00: one open space at the main entrance, another in the basement, next to the bookshop, and the third one in the basement of the new building.
There are restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the Faculty premises. A list will be provided with the Conference Documentation.

Cancellation of Participation
Until March 15: Registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will be entitled to a refund of their paid fees less a processing fee of € 50 (Accompanying Person € 35) provided written notice (by letter or fax) is received by VIAGENS ABREU, S.A. before March 15.
From March 15 until May 15: Registered participants who are unable to attend the Conference will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total amount paid, provided written notice of cancellation (by letter or fax) is received by VIAGENS ABREU, S.A. between March 15 and May 15.
After May 15: If notice of cancellation is received after May 15, participants will not be entitled to any refund.
Refunds will take place after the Conference.

Liability and Insurance
Participants are advised to make their own personal travel and health insurance arrangements. Neither the Local Organizing Committee nor the Conference Organizers assume any responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property during the Conference.

Changes
The Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to make adjustments or changes to the program as deemed necessary.

Video- and/or Audio-Recording
Video or audio-recording of Conference sessions is not allowed.
